Orders
How long will my order take? Digital products are delivered instantly by email. Physical items are made to order — production takes 2–7 business days, then standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days. Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days.
Where do you ship? We currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order? Contact us at support@saltsacred.com as soon as possible. Because items go into production quickly, we can't guarantee changes once an order is placed, but we'll do what we can.
Will my order arrive in one package? Not always. If your order includes items produced at different facilities, they may ship separately with their own tracking numbers.
Digital products
How do I receive my download? A download link is emailed to you immediately after your payment is confirmed. If it hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
What can I do with the files? Print them as often as you like for your own home, or give a printed copy as a gift. Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, shared, or used commercially.
What do I need to print them? A standard home printer and regular or cardstock paper. Every file is a print-ready PDF.
Products
How do I choose the right size? Every apparel listing includes a full measurement chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us before ordering and we'll help you decide.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos? Very close, but screens vary. Printed colors may look slightly different from what you see on your device.
Why are your items made to order? Each piece is printed after you order it rather than kept in stock. It means a little more waiting, and it's why we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind.
Returns
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong? Email us at support@saltsacred.com within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund you, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
Can I return an item I simply didn't love? Because everything is made to order, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind or the wrong size. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
