Salt & Sacred makes pieces for the ordinary hours — the early morning coffee, the drive to work, the week that turned out heavier than you expected. Scripture on your wall. A verse you can hold. Something small enough to give away, meaningful enough to keep for years.
Why we make what we make
Faith isn't only something we hold on Sundays. It shows up in kitchens and waiting rooms and long afternoons. We believe the words that carry people through those hours deserve to be made well — clean typography, warm color, nothing shouting. Just something worth living with.
Every design is made in-house. Nothing is licensed, nothing is copied, and nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be discounted. Each piece is printed after you order it.
Where the name comes from
"You are the salt of the earth." — Matthew 5:13
Salt is ordinary. It sits in every kitchen. But it changes everything it touches. That's the idea we build around — that the sacred usually shows up in ordinary places, and that a small reminder at the right moment can carry someone a long way.

Our journal is written by Sarah Bennett, who writes about Scripture, encouragement, and the seasons that feel heavy. Every article cites Scripture from trusted translations and links to the full passage, so you can read it for yourself.
